Spartans Crown Champion on Opening Day of A-R-C Track and Field Championships

The University of Dubuque women's and men's track and field teams have been prepping all spring for the 2019 American Rivers Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships on May 9-11 hosted by the Coe College Kohawks. After one day of competition and one completed event, the women's team sit in second place overall with 13 points and the men's team has 11 points and also finish day one in second place overall.

The University of Dubuque baseball team staved off elimination for another day, winning two games on Friday at the American Rivers Conference Tournament. The Spartans beat Central 3-2 in the early game before taking down Luther, 3-1 in the night cap.

Four Spartans Pick Up All-Conference Honors

The Amercian Rivers Conference announced that 2019 All-Conference baseball team on Wednesday, naming four Spartans to the list. The A-R-C coaches voted Chase Kueter and Nathan Schneiderman to the first team, Jordan Nelson second team and JJ Valenica picked up honorable mention honors.

University of Dubuque Heritage Center announced today that RENT 20th Anniversary Tour tickets will go on sale Monday, July 8, at 11:00 a.m. The Broadway musical will play at Heritage Center Wednesday, October 2, and Thursday, October 3, 2019, at 7:30 p.m. each night. RENT serves as the headline event of the 2019-2020 Live at Heritage Center Performing Arts Series. The full season will be announced Monday, July 8, at which time subscription ticket packages also go on sale.
