English is the study of the structural, moral, and aesthetic aspects of language and literature. At the University of Dubuque, your studies will connect you with students and faculty united by a common love of language and literature in its many forms. The English minor is designed to be as flexible as possible in allowing student to choose English courses which will best reflect their interests and support their other areas of study.
An English Minor consists of 15 credits. Students may take ENG 112 Introduction to Literature (3) and/or any 200-level or above English electives to reach the total required hours.
