Move-In Day - New and Transfer Students

New and transfer University of Dubuque students will move into their residence halls from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 23, 2026. Upon arriving on campus, students should first check in at Heritage Center to verify their Spartans Ready status and pick up their keys.

Students who are running late and not able to arrive by 2:00 p.m. should contact the Office of Residence Life at ResidenceLife@dbq.edu.
