Devised Theatre Challenge! Performance

The University of Dubuque's Department of Fine and Performing Arts will present a Devised Theatre Challenge! Performance at 7:00 p.m. Friday, January 15, 2027, in Babka Theatre, Heritage Center.

Participants in this collaborative form of performance will explore the collective challenge of creating a piece of theatre from scratch rather than adapting a pre-existing script. Emphasizing innovation and experimentation, this project will allow artists to explore themes, narratives, and characters in a more organic and personal manner and will culminate in a public performance ... in just a five-day process!

The performance is free and open to the public. No ticket is required.
