DNAS 2026 Spring Seminar Series: Jacob Goheen

Wildlife ecologist Jacob Goheen, PhD, will present "A Game of Thorns: How Plant Defense Shapes Predator-Prey Interactions in African Savannas" at 3:30 p.m. Friday, April 10, 2026, in Room 105, University Science Center, University of Dubuque.

Part of the 2026 Spring Seminar Series hosted by UD's Department of Natural and Applied Sciences, the presentation is free and open to the public.

Goheen is an assistant professor in the Department of Natural Resource Ecology and Management at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa. Research themes in his group include trophic (plant-herbivore, predator-prey) interactions and conservation of rare and declining species.
