Softball

The University of Dubuque softball team recently renovated the softball field. The Spartans added brick dugouts, permanent seating for fans and a new scoreboard around a hillside which provides plenty of viewing options.

The Spartans have become one of the toughest teams to beat, taking away wins from top-ranked teams every year. Each spring the team travels south over spring break to face competition from teams at colleges across the United States with trips to Florida or Arizona.
