Congratulations on being admitted to the University of Dubuque!

Take the next step to become a Spartan:

• Pay Admission Deposit to reserve your place in classes.

Registration

• First Year Students
  - Aviation Students: Sign up to register on May 19 and May 23, each day will begin at 9:00 a.m. and conclude around 2:00 p.m.
  - Registration for all other academic programs is June 2 and June 6, each day will begin at 9:00 a.m. and conclude around 1:00 p.m. 
  - Students not able to attend New Student Registration Day in person, please contact your Admission Counselor.
• Transfer Students
  - Contact your Admission Counselor to get registered for classes.
• Check your personal email for information and access to your UD email and the UD portal.
• Send final high school and college transcripts, along with AP test scores.

Housing Information

• Secure Housing - complete the Housing Application for students living on campus
• Join the University of Dubuque Class of 2029 Facebook page and UD Class of 2029 Instagram to connect with your classmates and find a roommate.
• Assignments will be out over the summer, roommate requests should be sent to Residential Life.

School Year Details

• New Student Orientation will take place August 18 and 19, on campus move-in will be August 17.
• Classes for Fall 2025 will begin on Wednesday, August 20, 2025.
• Books are included in tuition and fees and will be available during New Student Orientation.
• Parking passes are available online after August 1.
