Please send an email to UDKids@dbq.edu if your child is unable to attend on any given day.
Students will attend two different classes during the week. Class No. 1 will run from 12:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. and Class No. 2 will run from 2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
There will be a snack break from 2:00 p.m. - 2:25 p.m. each day. No drinks will be provided, so feel free to send a water bottle with your child.
You received a confirmation email when you registered. Please see that email for your classes.
Students should start arriving each day at 12:15 p.m. Students will report to their designated area. (See map on "Drop Off, Pick Up, and Parking Information" link.) There will be staff available to assist.
Parents can park in the parking lots and walk to drop off and pick up children in the designated area. There is NO CURBSIDE PICK UP, but students can be dropped off from their vehicles on the EAST side of McCormick St. (See the link "Drop Off, Pick Up, and Parking Information" for specifics.)
Parents will need to sign their child out before taking them at the end of each day.
If weather is an issue, McCormick Gymnasium will be used as the drop off and pick up sight.
The Aviation class will meet each day from 12:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. at the University of Dubuque Flight Operations Center, located at the OLD TERMINAL. Students in the Aviation class should be dropped off at the airport by 12:15 p.m. and picked up at the airport at 4:00 p.m.
