#24 Spartans Take Down Simpson, 32-15

INDIANOLA, Iowa - The University of Dubuque wrestling team handled their first match as a ranked team in six years just fine, cruising to 32-15 victory over Simpson College to improve to 3-2 in A-R-C action and 9-2 overall. 

The Spartans got out to a hot start as Greg Krulas at 149 earned a fall over Robert Silva in the first period for the 6-0 lead. Andrew Saucedo pushed it to a 12-0 UD lead after a fall of his own in 4:25 at 157. After nine points over the next two match for the Storm, the Spartans controlled the rest of the match, winning the next three matches and and five of the final six matches to seal the 32-15 win, takings seven of 10 matches.
