Gunnelson Named USTFCCCA Indoor Central Region Coach of the Year

The University of Dubuque's Chad Gunnelson earned the Men's Indoor Head Coach of the Year for the Central Region. Gunnelson, in his seventh year at Dubuque, has his men ranked 19th in the final National Team Rankings and No. 1 in the Central Region.
University of Dubuque Dean of Admission Receives Patriot Award

Robert Broshous, associate vice president and dean of admission at the University of Dubuque, received the Department of Defense’s Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Patriot Award on Wednesday, March 7, in the Charles and Romona Myers Center on campus. In addition, UD President Jeffrey F. Bullock signed an employer Statement of Support for the Guard and Reserve.

Cain Named NWCA All-Academic

The National Wrestling Coaches Association released its Top 30 Division III All-Academic teams and the top 189 All-Academic individuals this week. The University of Dubuque's Ethan Cain earned honors for the Spartans in 2018. Cain placed 5th at 197 lbs. - NCAA Division III Lowest Midwest Regional earlier this month.
