Heritage Center Health and Safety Procedures and Protocols

The health and safety of our patrons, artists, crew, and staff is our top priority. If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 such as a fever, respiratory difficulties, or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the past 14 days, stay home.

Please contact the Farber Box Office at 563.585.SHOW for options with your ticket(s). Do not arrive at Heritage Center to attend the scheduled performance.

Please agree to the following patron guidelines:

• Face coverings are optional in campus buildings; Single-use face coverings and hand sanitizer stations are readily available within Heritage Center facilities.
• Remain in assigned seat during performance unless directed.
• Do not re-enter after a decision is made to leave the event.
• Leave the theater immediately if illness or symptoms occur while onsite.
