Print Room

Orders for printing should be completed in the Print Room/Mail Room located in Heritage Center. Please keep in mind that you need to ensure your student organization budget has adequate funds to complete a print job. You can receive an updated budget for your organization by contacting Paul Thill, SGA Treasurer, at SGA@dbq.edu. ALSO, you will need to include your student organization's account number on the print request. You may access this account number by e-mailing OSA@dbq.edu. You MUST return the yellow print room receipt to OSA (Heritage 306) to ensure your student organization's budget is updated with the expense.

Room Reservations

Room Reservations MUST be completed through the Campus Portal (www.dbq.edu/campusportal/ & log in using your credentials). On the left sidebar, you'll see "Event Room Reservation Request." Click there. Make sure to include your advisor's email address! You MUST reserve a room for any event or meeting held on campus for any location.

Mailboxes

Each registered student organization has a mailbox located in the Student Engagement Office (Heritage, Suite 306). Please remember to check your mailbox regularly. Any mail received by the Campus Post Office that is designated for a student organization will be placed in the student organization mailboxes.


Catering/Food Request for an Event

Before placing a catering order, make sure you have adequate funds in your student organization account to cover the order! If you are utilizing Ameriserve (UD's food service on campus) to provide food service at your event, please click the link under "Helpful Org Info" on the left side panel to start your order process. A couple of reminders as you place your order. If you have not already done so, you will need to create an account on the page. Once signed in, you will want to select the "Create New Order" to begin your order. It will walk you through a series of steps, including selecting the food you would like, information about your event, and payment arrangements. For payment information, select "Cost Center". You will need to plug in your Student Organization account number. You can access this account number by contacting OSA@dbq.edu. Please place your student org name on the department name line. If you have any questions about a catering order, please contact Nancy Dodge at NDodge@dbq.edu.

Table Coverings

You are required to have a table covering when hosting events in Heritage Center, even informational tables. If you mark this on your room reservation form, you will be charged by Ameriserve for the table covering. We have FREE black tablecloths in the Student Engagement Office (Heritage, Suite 306) for you to use. They are located on a cart next to the student organization mailboxes. Simply complete the check out form located on top of the tablecloths! If the tablesclothes are damaged or not returned within one week (7 days) of checkout date, your organization will be charged a $10 replacement fee.
