Kristie Arthofer is currently the Program and Admission Coordinator in the PA Program. During her 33 years in the work force Kristie worked as the lead preschool teacher at Mercy Hospital Child-Development Center, Para at Eisenhower’s Special Education Department, Manager of Life Chiropractic and Visit and Event Manager at Loras College. She is owner of a small business called Kristie’s Kookies.  Kristie has increased productivity, organized and managed business’s, recruited in higher education and supervised and manage a number of employees as well as managed a visit and event program. Kristie has three years of undergrad experience and holds an AAS in Pre-K and Early Childhood.  In her spare time she enjoys baking, gourmet cooking, taking adventures with her four children, son in laws and six grandsons and scuba diving trips with her husband Jerry.

Cortney Kueter is an assistant professor and admission director with the UD PA program. She is also a practicing PA in Internal Medicine, for the past 13 years. Kueter earned her undergraduate bachelor of science degree in Biology, from Loras College, with minors in Chemistry and Psychology. She earned her master of physician assistant studies degree from Des Moines University.

Rachel Rokser is an Assistant Professor and has taken on the role of Clinical Coordinator and Capstone Course Director for the UD MSPAS Program as of April 2021. Prior to coming to UD, Rachel was a Physician Assistant Manager in Vaccine Research at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health's Center for Immunization Research (CIR). At the CIR, Rachel was an Investigator on Phase I-III vaccine clinical trials and the Clinical Team Leader for the Adult COVID-19 Vaccine Research Team. Pre-pandemic Rachel was the Lead Clinical Coordinator for the Flavivirus Vaccine Team primarily working on dengue and Zika virus vaccine and challenge trials. Prior to working in vaccine research, Rachel practiced clinically as an Internal Medicine Physician Assistant for 9 years. She has been active in PA education as a Preceptor for both George Washington University and Marquette University’s PA programs and maintains an adjunct faculty appointment with George Washington University. She received both her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences (2007) and Master of Physician Assistant Studies (2008) from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. Rachel is originally from Minnesota and is happy to be returning to the midwest! In her free time she enjoys trail running, boating, camping and spending time with her family.

Emily Vyverberg is an assistant professor in the Master of Science in Physcian Assistant Studies program at University of Dubuque. Vyverberg graduated from the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy in 2009, and has been a practicing pharmacist in the tri-state area for a local community pharmacy since her graduation.
