Summer School
The University of Dubuque Summer School Program upholds the overall mission of the University of Dubuque in that courses offered fulfill the liberal arts core as well as requirements in major fields of study. Summer courses are open to students of all ages who desire to catch-up, get-ahead, or expand their horizons in the pursuit of college-level learning opportunities.
Unless otherwise specified in the accompanying schedule, summer courses are scheduled according to the following session dates:
Session I
- Face-to-face: Tuesday, April 30 - Friday, May 24, 2024 (four weeks)
- Session starts on Tuesday
Online
- Online: Monday, May 13 - Friday, July 5, 2024 (eight weeks)
Session II
- Face-to-face: Tuesday, May 28 - Friday, June 21, 2024 (four weeks)
- Session starts on Tuesday
- No classes on June 19th
Session III
- Face-to-face: Monday, June 24 - Friday, July 19, 2024 (four weeks)
- No classes on July 4th and July 5th
Classes normally meet for four weeks in Session I, Session II and Session III; some classes, however, may run for different durations than four weeks, so please pay attention to the published meeting dates. All Online classes will meet for eight weeks unless otherwise specified.
